Design & Build

The WEUP RV mattress features a 10-inch profile with a multi-layer foam construction designed for durability and comfort in mobile environments. The top layer consists of premier cooling green tea and gel-infused memory foam that conforms to body shape while helping regulate temperature. This layer is specifically engineered to provide pressure relief and control odors. Beneath this comfort layer, a high-density support foam forms the foundation, offering firm spinal support and preventing sagging over time. The entire foam core is CertiPUR-US certified, ensuring it meets rigorous standards for content, emissions, and durability without harmful chemicals. The mattress arrives compressed in a box, with the foam layers vacuum-sealed to reduce volume for easier transportation into RVs and campers.

The removable Tencel cover represents a key design element, featuring a breathable jacquard weave that feels smooth against the skin. The zipper closure allows complete removal for cleaning, addressing a common need in RV environments where spills and dirt are more likely. Reviewers appreciate that the cover is fiberglass-free, eliminating concerns about fiberglass particles escaping during cleaning or use. The cover's cooling properties complement the gel-infused foam to enhance temperature regulation. The mattress dimensions (75 x 48 inches) are specifically tailored for RV short full beds, though the design maintains standard 10-inch thickness for substantial comfort. Aesthetics are simple and functional, with the neutral cover design fitting various interior decors. The compressed packaging design makes setup straightforward—users simply unpack, unfold, and allow 24-48 hours for full expansion.
