The cover uses GOTS-certified organic cotton infused with beeswax for adaptive temperature control. The plush firmness is described as neither too soft nor too firm, aiming to suit back and side sleepers. Care requires hand washing only due to the organic materials. The mattress includes fire-retardant features without chemical treatments. It comes with a 100-night sleep guarantee and 25-year warranty, reflecting durability claims. Reviewers highlight its comfort for couples with different weights, though some side sleepers report needing a topper for adequate pressure relief. The model number is MGMGMP-1130, and it ships as a single unit.

Design & Build

The Mango Organic Mattress features a 10.5-inch profile with a layered construction. The top layer uses natural Talalay latex, known for its durability and eco-friendly properties. Below that, memory foam adds contouring to relieve pressure points. The support core consists of 1040 pocketed coils in an 8-inch system, providing individualized support and reducing motion transfer. The coils include dynamic edge support to maintain mattress shape over time. The cover is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton infused with beeswax, designed to wick moisture and regulate temperature. All materials are selected for cleanliness and lack of toxins, aligning with organic standards. The mattress is built to last decades, with reviewers noting no sagging after a year of use. It requires hand washing only to preserve the organic fabrics.

Aesthetically, the mattress has a clean, minimalist design typical of organic products. It lacks handles but is manageable with two people due to its 87-pound weight. The plush surface offers a soft yet supportive feel, avoiding extreme sinkage. The hybrid construction combines the bounce of latex with the stability of coils, creating a balanced sleep surface. Maintenance is straightforward but limited to hand washing to protect the materials. The fire-retardant features are integrated without harmful chemicals, enhancing safety. Overall, the design prioritizes natural materials and durability, making it a long-term investment for health-conscious consumers.

Performance

The Mango Organic Mattress performs well in comfort and support for many users. Reviewers report excellent sleep quality and pain relief, particularly for back sleepers. The natural latex and memory foam layers provide pressure relief, while the pocketed coils keep the spine aligned. The plush firmness is described as comfortable without being too soft, suitable for couples with different weights. One reviewer notes it solved discomfort issues from firmer mattresses. Temperature regulation is effective due to the beeswax-infused cotton, promoting cooler sleep. Motion isolation is good, thanks to the pocketed coils, reducing disturbances for partners. The mattress shows no signs of sagging or wear after a year, indicating durability. However, some side sleepers find it too firm, experiencing hip pain without a topper.

In real-world use, the mattress maintains its shape and support over time. The hybrid construction offers a balance of contouring and responsiveness, avoiding the stuck feeling of all-foam beds. Edge support is robust, preventing roll-off and extending usable sleep surface. Condensation and sweat are minimized by the breathable cover. The weight may challenge solo movement but ensures stability on bed frames. Fit in standard full-size frames is accurate, though the 10.5-inch height may require deep-pocket sheets. Trade-offs include the firmness for side sleepers and hand-wash-only care. Overall, performance aligns with claims for back sleepers and those seeking organic materials, with variability for side sleepers.
