Fyaslt Queen Mattress - 12 Inch Memory Foam Hybrid, Medium Firm Pocket Spring, Motion Isolation, Pressure Relief, CertiPUR-US, 100 Nights Trial

Product Overview

This mattress measures 80 x 60 x 12 inches in queen size and weighs 50 pounds, arriving compressed in a box for easy handling. It uses a hybrid construction with a skin-friendly knitted fabric cover that is breathable and moisture-wicking. The comfort layers include memory foam certified by CertiPUR-US for low emissions and durability, paired with a base of pocketed coil springs for targeted support. The zoned design varies firmness in areas like hips and shoulders to promote proper spine alignment. It expands within 24-72 hours after unboxing and works with box springs, slatted frames, platform beds, or metal grids. Some users note it may run slightly smaller than standard queen dimensions when placed on certain foundations. The medium-firm feel is described as initially firm but softening over time, with many reviewers finding it comfortable for all-night rest without overheating.

Design & Build

The Fyaslt mattress features a 12-inch profile with a layered hybrid construction. The top cover is made from a soft, breathable knitted fabric that is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring it is free from harmful chemicals and safe for sensitive skin. Beneath the cover, memory foam layers provide contouring pressure relief, while hundreds of individually wrapped pocket springs form the support core. These coils are arranged in a zoned pattern, with firmer areas under the hips and shoulders to promote spinal alignment. The entire foam used is CertiPUR-US certified for low VOC emissions and durability. The mattress arrives vacuum-sealed in a compact box, making it manageable for one person to move and set up. Reviewers appreciate the sturdy build, noting it feels substantial and well-made for the price.

Setup is straightforward: unbox the mattress, place it on your bed frame, and allow 48-72 hours for full expansion and off-gassing. The design works with various bases, including platform beds, slatted frames, box springs, and metal grids. The cover is not removable for washing, but spot cleaning is recommended. Aesthetics are minimal with a simple gray or neutral fabric finish, fitting most bedroom decor. The edge support is adequate, though some users report slight compression when sitting on the sides. The overall construction emphasizes durability, with many reviewers mentioning it holds up well over months of use without sagging or developing indentations.

Performance

In terms of comfort and support, the mattress delivers a medium-firm feel that many reviewers describe as initially firm but softening with use. The zoned coil system provides targeted support, reducing pressure points in the shoulders and hips for side and back sleepers. Motion isolation is a standout feature; the pocketed springs effectively absorb movement, minimizing disturbance between partners. Reviewers note that tossing and turning does not transfer across the bed, leading to quieter, more uninterrupted sleep. The memory foam layers contour to the body without excessive sinkage, offering a balanced feel that prevents the stuck-in-the-mud sensation. Temperature regulation is decent due to the breathable cover and airflow through the coils, though it may not be as cooling as gel-infused or all-foam alternatives.

Durability and long-term performance receive positive feedback. Users report the mattress maintains its shape and support over several months, with no significant sagging or softening beyond the initial break-in period. The hybrid design resists indentations better than all-foam models. Some reviewers mention the mattress runs slightly short in length when placed on certain box springs, but this does not affect comfort. The medium-firm firmness suits a wide range of sleepers, though very light or heavyweight individuals may find it too firm or too soft, respectively. Overall, performance is praised for providing premium-like comfort at a budget price, with many users experiencing reduced back pain and improved sleep quality.
