It targets sleepers seeking pressure relief, motion isolation, and temperature regulation without extreme softness or firmness. The bamboo charcoal-infused cover aims to provide a cool, skin-friendly surface. Reviewers note it works well for back pain sufferers and hot sleepers. The mattress arrives compressed in a box for easy setup. SEMIELO includes a 10-year warranty and one-month return policy for buyer confidence.
Product Overview
This SEMIELO mattress measures 80 inches long by 60 inches wide by 10 inches thick in the queen size. It weighs 65.7 pounds. The hybrid construction includes four layers: a bamboo charcoal cover, memory foam comfort layer, high-density foam, and individually encased pocket coils. The cover is stretch-knit with bamboo charcoal infusion for moisture-wicking and odor resistance. The memory foam adapts to body contours for pressure relief. The pocket coils provide independent support and increase airflow. The edge support structure reduces sagging along the perimeter. The mattress is CertiPUR-US certified for content, durability, and performance. It ships compressed in a box; users simply unbox, cut the plastic wrap, and let it expand. Care instructions recommend spot cleaning only. The mattress works with most bed frames including box springs, sofa bases, traditional frames, and platforms. It is not designed for adjustable bases. The medium-firm feel suits adults seeking balanced support. Many reviewers report minimal off-gassing odor upon unboxing. The silk grey design offers a neutral aesthetic.

Design & Build
The SEMIELO hybrid mattress features a 10-inch profile with four distinct layers. The top layer is a stretch-knit cover infused with bamboo charcoal. This cover feels soft and cool to the touch while wicking moisture away from the sleeper. Beneath the cover lies a memory foam comfort layer that conforms to body contours. This foam is CertiPUR-US certified, ensuring it is free from harmful chemicals and durable. The third layer consists of high-density foam that adds foundational support. The base layer contains individually encased pocket coils that provide responsive bounce and airflow. The coils are arranged to reduce motion transfer and enhance edge support. The mattress has a silk grey aesthetic with a simple, modern design. The entire construction is designed to balance pressure relief with firm support.
The mattress arrives compressed and rolled in a box. Setup involves placing the box in the room, removing the mattress, and cutting the plastic wrap. It expands to its full dimensions within a few hours. The cover is not removable, so care requires spot cleaning only. The hybrid design aims for durability, with reinforced edges to prevent premature sagging. The materials resist odors and maintain shape over time. The medium-firm feel suits back, side, and combination sleepers. The pocket coils allow airflow through the core, which helps regulate temperature. The mattress works with most standard bed frames but is not compatible with adjustable bases. Reviewers note the mattress feels substantial and well-constructed for its price point.
Performance
Reviewers report the SEMIELO hybrid mattress provides excellent pressure relief and support. The memory foam layer adapts to body shape, reducing pressure on shoulders and hips. Many users with back pain note waking up without discomfort. The medium-firm feel prevents excessive sinkage while offering cushioning. Motion isolation is strong due to the combination of memory foam and pocket coils. Partners experience minimal disturbance from each other's movements. The bamboo charcoal cover helps keep the surface cool; several reviewers mention not overheating during sleep. The edge support allows sitting or sleeping near the perimeter without collapsing. The mattress maintains its shape over months of use, with no significant sagging reported. The hybrid construction offers a balanced feel that is neither too soft nor too rigid.
Temperature regulation receives positive feedback. The bamboo charcoal cover wicks moisture and dissipates heat. The pocket coils increase airflow, preventing heat buildup in the core. Some hot sleepers still use a cooling topper for optimal comfort. Off-gassing odor is minimal according to most reviews; any initial smell dissipates quickly. The mattress provides consistent support across all sleeping positions. Side sleepers appreciate the pressure relief on shoulders and hips. Back sleepers find the lumbar support adequate. The mattress handles various body weights without bottoming out. Durability appears good, with no early wear issues mentioned. The CertiPUR-US certification assures material safety and longevity. The mattress performs well on different bed frames, though it lacks adjustability for inclined positions.
